To secure your spot on our trips, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is fully refundable until 90 days prior to the trip start date. After the 90 day mark, the deposit will be non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 90 days before the trip. This policy ensures that you have flexibility while helping us finalize arrangements for an incredible travel experience.
